A finely potted double-gourd (hulu) porcelain vase, elegantly decorated in polychrome enamels of the Famille Verte palette against a rich powder-blue ground enhanced with gilt scrollwork.
 
The deep cobalt-blue ground is enriched with delicate gilt arabesques and reserved white blossoms. Lobed cartouches enclose finely painted naturalistic scenes depicting birds and phoenixes among peonies, bamboo, and fruit, together with symbolic floral compositions. The landscapes and foliage are rendered with remarkable delicacy and refinement. The neck and shoulder continue the same decorative scheme with elegant gilt scrolling motifs.
 
The underside bears an apocryphal four-character underglaze-blue Guangxu reign mark (Guangxu nianzhi, 光緒年製), a type frequently found on late Qing porcelains. The vase is presented on its original openwork carved wooden stand.
 
Condition: Very good overall condition. No cracks or restorations. Examined under ultraviolet light. Minor, natural wear to the foot rim consistent with age. Original antique wooden stand included.
